It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. Their office was clean enough, nothing special though.
